| We are located in the
Northwest side of San Antonio, Texas. Our litters of puppies are well cared for and are lovingly handled daily by all members of the family. They are not being raised in a kennel, but in our home. Our dogs are our pets and part of our family. They are involved in our daily lives and not just our "breeders". We care and love each one of our dogs. Each one of our puppies are heavily socialized from the day they are born to ensure that you have not only a new pet but a healthy new socialized friend.
We would like our puppies to go to homes with families that will spend the time and the love needed to raise a healthy and happy Dachshund. Dachshunds adapt well to many different surroundings & family types, but they should be owned by a family or person who has some time to spend with them. They love to be a part of the pack and will be lonely if you do not have time for them. Raising our dachshunds has been very rewarding. They give us as much love as we have given them. We hope that you will feel the same type of love that we experience with each dachshund that comes into our lives.
We keep a running waiting list for our dogs because we only have a few litters a year. We do this because our focus is not on how many we produce but on the quality of dog we produce. A pet is a long term commitment so we want to make sure you are getting the best pet to start off with.
We always suggest that you try a dachshund rescue first and only then if you do not find the right dog for you, give us a call! Please take into consideration the responsibility of a new pet. A dachshund can live for up to as many as 20 years and during those years, your pet will need yearly vaccinations and worming provided to him or her. Please consider all things such as your lifestyle and your budget. We also ask for you to learn patience for your pet to make the needed adjustments in his/her new home. We highly encourage puppy classes and later obedient classes to ensure you have a well rounded dog. You will be happy that you took the time and money to do so. Let's keep these adorable puppies from ending up in a rescue or shelter facility by being responsible owners.

Unfortunately, we do not ship. We love our puppies so much that we worry about traumatizing them by shipping. We are sorry if this causes an inconvienence for your family but we feel it is in the best interest of our babies.
